More apples than you need?

When autumn comes, gardens around Sweden are filled with beautiful apples. We love the apple, this amazing fruit that comes in a variety of shapes, colors and flavors. Since the 1950s, we have been receiving apples that have been turned into must and juice at our site in Herrljunga.

Ever since our muster room was created, people have been able to bring their apples directly to us. In the past, apples were mustered directly on the farm and you could even get instant must at home, made from your own apples. Today, the machines have become slightly larger, but otherwise it is very similar. We press garden apples and bottle them – nothing else added, only 100% apple – and it’s not just that.

The apples we press today are used for several different drinks; apple juice, apple juice and our ginger shot. Our apple reception takes place in the fall. For more info – Herrljunga Dryckers Gårdsbutik
